Information about the procedure

Everyone has the right to submit a request to ensure the digital accessibility of a website, mobile application or any of their elements. You can also request that information be provided using an alternative method of access, for example by reading a digitally inaccessible document, describing the content of a film without audio description, etc. The request should include the data of the person making the request, an indication of which website or mobile application is in question and the method of contact. If the requesting person reports the need to receive information using an alternative method of access, they should also specify a convenient way of presenting this information. The public entity should fulfill the request immediately, no later than within 7 days from the date of submitting the request. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the public entity shall immediately inform the requesting party when the request will be possible to be fulfilled, provided that this deadline cannot be longer than 2 months from the date of the request. If ensuring digital accessibility is not possible, the public entity may propose an alternative method of accessing the information. If the public entity refuses to comply with the request to ensure accessibility or an alternative method of accessing the information, the requesting party may file a complaint regarding ensuring the digital accessibility of the website, mobile application or element of the website or mobile application.

After exhausting the procedure indicated above, an application may also be filed with the Commissioner for Human Rights.

Architectural accessibility

Stalowa Wola City Office, ul. Wolności 7
There are 2 entrances to the building, one from Wolności Street (entrance A), the other from the parking lot behind the building (entrance B). Access to the second entrance is also possible from Wolności Street, along the sidewalk between the City Office building and the garages.
Stairs lead to entrance A. By the stairs to entrance A there is a wheelchair ramp intended for people heading to the Taxes and Local Fees Department.
Entrance B is located at ground level. Entrance B leads to the elevator, which can take you to every level of the building. The elevator is adapted for people in wheelchairs and for the blind and visually impaired, has Braille markings and issues voice messages.
The customer service office is located on the ground floor, to the left of the stairs and elevator, the entrance to the customer service office is from the lobby.
There is a toilet in the building adapted for people with disabilities, especially those using wheelchairs.
Two spaces for people with disabilities have been designated in front of the building.
The building and all of its rooms can be entered with a guide dog or a guide dog.
There are no induction loops in the building.
The building has Braille markings installed in the form of plates above the door handles placed on the doors to the rooms and on the handrails along the stairs (except for the elevator).
The building has contrasting markings on the stairs.
There is a typhlographic plan on each floor of the building.

There are 2 entrances to the building, one from Wolności Street (entrance A), the other on the side of the building between buildings Wolności 7 and Wolności 9 (entrance B).
Stairs lead to entrance A. There is a wheelchair ramp by the stairs to entrance A. The entrance also leads to an elevator, which can take you to every level of the building.
Stairs lead to entrance B.
In the building on the ground floor, by entrance A, there is a toilet adapted for disabled people, especially those using wheelchairs.
You can enter the building and all of its rooms with an assistance dog and a guide dog.
There are no induction loops in the building.
The building has Braille markings in the form of plates above the door handles placed on the doors to the rooms and on the handrails along the stairs.

There are 2 entrances to the building, one from Skoczyńskiego Street (entrance A), the other from the back of the building (entrance B), access to entrance B via the sidewalk from Skoczyńskiego Street.
There are stairs to entrance A.
There are stairs to entrance B. There is a wheelchair ramp by the stairs to entrance B.
There is a chairlift in the building. The lift takes you to the first floor to the wedding hall. The lift does not go down to the toast room.
There is a toilet on the ground floor of the building adapted for disabled people, especially those using wheelchairs.
You can enter the building and all of its rooms with a guide dog or a guide dog.
There are no induction loops in the building.
There are Braille signs in the building in the form of over-door signs placed on the doors to the rooms and on the handrails along the stairs.

There are 3 entrances to the building, one from Kwiatkowskiego Street (entrance A), the other two at the back of the building (entrance B and entrance C).
Stairs lead to entrance A.
Stairs lead to entrance B. Entrance B can be reached from Kwiatkowskiego Street along the sidewalk by the building.
Entrance C is located at ground level. Entrance C can be reached from Kwiatkowskiego Street along the sidewalk by the building, then along the sidewalk along the building towards Gate No. 3.
There is no elevator in the building, and there are no ramps for disabled people. There is a ramp for prams at entrance A.
There is a toilet adapted for disabled people, especially those using wheelchairs, on the ground floor of the building at entrance C.

There are 2 entrances to the building, one from Al. Jana Pawła II Street (entrance A), the other from Wojska Polskiego Street (entrance B).
Stairs lead to entrance B. Entrance B can also be reached from Al. Jana Pawła II along the sidewalk on the side of the building.
Stairs lead to entrance A. There is a chairlift for the disabled by the stairs to entrance B.
Entrance A and entrance B lead to the elevator located on the ground floor of the building.
The elevator is adapted for wheelchair users and the blind and visually impaired, has Braille signs and issues voice announcements. There are no disabled toilets in the building, especially wheelchair users.
You can enter the building and all of its rooms with a guide dog or assistance dog.
There are no induction loops in the building.
There are no Braille signs or contrasting or large-print signs for the blind and visually impaired.

Stalowa Wola City Hall, ul. Dąbrowskiego 15
There are 2 entrances to the building, one from Dąbrowskiego Street (entrance A), the other from the train station (entrance B).
There are two steps to Entrance A. Entrance B is located at ground level. Entrance B can be reached from the disabled parking lot on the left side of the building and from the sidewalk on the right side of the building. There is a toilet in the building adapted for people with special needs, especially those using wheelchairs.
You can enter the building and all of its rooms with an assistance dog and a guide dog.
There are no induction loops in the building, but there is a Totupoint voice guidance system for the blind and visually impaired.
There are no Braille markings in the building or contrasting or large print markings for the blind and visually impaired.
