Petitions
PETITION is a written document addressed to city authorities - the President or the City Council, which contains a certain postulate or request, e.g. regarding taking some action in a specific matter. A petition can be submitted by any natural person (including a foreigner), legal person, organizational unit that is not a legal person, or a group of such entities. A petition can be submitted in the public interest, in one's own interest, or in the interest of a third party with their consent. In order for a petition to be considered, it should contain:
information about who is submitting the petition,
information about the place of residence or registered office of the entity submitting the petition and the correspondence address,
information about who the petition is addressed to,
indication of the subject matter of the petition.

A petition can be submitted in writing to the address of the Stalowa Wola City Hall (ul. Wolności 7, 37-450 Stalowa Wola) or electronically to the address um@stalowawola.pl (office mailbox) or rm@stalowawola.pl (City Council mailbox).
