About the Youth Participatory Budgeting

Actions in the YPB

Projects can be submitted to the Youth Participatory Budget if they:

Fall within the scope of the own tasks of the Municipality of Stalowa Wola and address at least one thematic area from the catalog specified below:
- Education and Development
- Culture and Events
- Entertainment, Leisure, and Hobbies
- Sports and Physical Activity
- Public Infrastructure
- Volunteering and Integration Activities
- Other
Can be completed within the budgetary year;
Have a cost ranging from 10,000 PLN to 75,000 PLN;
Are available for free use by the residents of the Municipality of Stalowa Wola;
Specify recruitment rules, including the method of informing about recruitment, the start and end dates, and the criteria for selection – in cases where the project is directed at a limited group of recipients;
Are located on properties (land, buildings, premises, etc.) for which the Municipality of Stalowa Wola has legal title to dispose of.

NOTICE: Projects cannot be submitted to the Youth Participatory Budget if they:

Involve only the preparation of project documentation;
Involve the execution of one of the elements (stages) of the task, which in subsequent years will require further elements (stages) to be executed;
Are inconsistent with strategic/programming documents for the development of the Municipality of Stalowa Wola;
Envisage the use of the work specified by the author under the Act of February 4, 1994, on Copyright and Related Rights (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2509, as amended), unless the project provides for the transfer of economic copyright or related rights to the Municipality of Stalowa Wola, and the agreement in this regard is concluded by the day before the publication of the information on the project's evaluation results on the Digital Participation Platform;
Indicate a potential contractor, the method of its selection, or trademarks;
Contain content widely regarded as obscene, offensive, vulgar, or socially unacceptable.
