About the Youth Participatory Budgeting

Authors or Co-authors of Projects Submitted to the Youth Participatory Budget:

An author or co-author of projects submitted to the Youth Participatory Budget must meet the following criteria:

• Resides in the Municipality of Stalowa Wola or lives outside the Municipality of Stalowa Wola but studies in an educational institution (e.g., school, university) located within the Municipality of Stalowa Wola.

• Has completed the 13th year of life by the last day of project submissions specified in the schedule and has not yet turned 27 (is under 27 years old).

For the 1st edition of the Youth Participatory Budget for the year 2025, projects and required attachments can be submitted from September 12, 2024, to October 7, 2024, in the following ways:

In electronic form:

• Via the Digital Participation Platform - https://decyduje.stalowawola.pl/strona/mlodziezowy-budzet-obywatelski

In paper form:

• In person at the City Hall of Stalowa Wola at Wolności 7, 37-450 Stalowa Wola, at the Customer Service Office, room no. 1, Monday to Friday, during office hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM, in a sealed envelope marked "Youth Participatory Budget".

• By mail (post) in a sealed envelope marked "Youth Participatory Budget" to: City Hall of Stalowa Wola, Wolności 7, 37-450 Stalowa Wola - the date of receipt at the City Hall is decisive.

• At the meeting on September 18, 2024, aimed at assisting residents in preparing projects.

• The paper version is available at the City Hall of Stalowa Wola, in the SCAL Department, and can also be downloaded below:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR SUBMITTING A PROJECT:

• As an author, you can submit a maximum of 3 projects.

• A project may be submitted by no more than 6 people: one author and five co-authors.

• Remember to fill out all required fields in the project submission form.

• If the author and/or co-authors are minors, project submission requires approval from their parents/legal guardians.
