About the Youth Participatory Budgeting

Stages of Implementing the Youth Participatory Budget:

1. Project Submission

   • 05.09.2024 – Announcement of the schedule for activities and the commencement of informational and educational activities.

   • 12.09.2024 – 07.10.2024 – Submission of projects.

   • 18.09.2024 – Conducting workshops: “How to Prepare Projects for the Youth Participatory Budget?”

2. Project Evaluation

   • 08.10.2024 – 08.11.2024 – Evaluation of projects and publication of the list of projects after evaluation.

3. Appeals Against Exclusion of Projects from Voting

   • Within 7 days from the date of publication of the list of projects after evaluation – Appeals against the exclusion of projects from voting.

   • Within 10 days from the date of filing the appeal – Review of submitted appeals and communication of the appeal outcome to the project author.

   • By 26.11.2024 – Publication of the final list of projects to be voted on.

4. Voting on Projects and Determination of Results

   • For 10 days from the date of publication of the list of projects for voting – Voting by residents on projects.

5. Publication of Voting Results

   • Within 5 days from the end of the voting period – Determination of voting results and publication of the results.

6. Implementation of Projects Selected in Voting

   • 2025 – Implementation of projects selected in the voting.

NOTICE: Project authors may withdraw their project up to the day before the start of the voting.

Publication of the Schedule

The schedule for activities is announced annually by the Mayor of Stalowa Wola at least 7 calendar days before the start of the first stage, published on:
