About the Green Participatory Budgeting

Submitting projects to the GPB

The author or co-author of projects submitted under the Green Participatory Budget can only be a resident of Stalowa Wola.

In the first edition of the Green Participatory Budget for 2025, projects along with the required attachments can be submitted from September 12, 2024, to October 7, 2024, in the following ways:

In electronic form:

In paper form:

  • Personally at the Stalowa Wola City Hall at ul. Wolności 7, 37-450 Stalowa Wola, in the Customer Service Office, room no. 1, from Monday to Friday, during the office hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, in a sealed envelope marked “Green Civic Budget”;

  • By mailing the project (post) in a sealed envelope marked “Green Civic Budget” to: Stalowa Wola City Hall, ul. Wolności 7, 37-450 Stalowa Wola - the date of receipt at the City Hall is decisive;

  • At a meeting on September 18, 2024, aimed at supporting residents in preparing their projects.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION necessary for submitting a project:

  • As an author, you may submit a maximum of 3 projects.

  • A project can be submitted by no more than 6 people: one author and five co-authors.

  • Remember to fill out all required fields in the project submission form.

  • If the author and/or co-authors are minors, the project must be approved by their parents/legal guardians.
